These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of truss-marketing.com and to any calls, messages, and services you receive from Truss Marketing LLC ("Truss Marketing," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, booking a call, or giving us your phone number, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Program: Truss Marketing appointment and follow-up messages.
When you book a call or submit a form and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, you agree that Truss Marketing LLC may send you text messages about your appointment (confirmations and reminders), replies to your questions, and follow-up messages about our services.
We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Truss Marketing provides marketing services for fence companies, which may include websites, Facebook advertising management, video scripts and editing, and lead follow-up automations. The exact services, price, and terms for each client are set out in that client's written agreement or checkout. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls.
Service fees are billed as stated in your client agreement or at checkout and are processed by our payment provider. Advertising spend is paid directly by you to the advertising platform (such as Facebook) and is separate from our fees.
Our guarantee applies to clients who complete our system and follow our process. If you do not receive qualified leads that justify your investment, we will refund the fees you paid to Truss Marketing. A qualified lead is a real person in your market who wants a fence. The refund covers fees paid to Truss Marketing only. It does not cover advertising spend paid to Facebook or any other platform. Any additional guarantee details are set out in your client agreement.
Apart from the money-back guarantee above, we do not promise any specific number of leads, jobs, sales, or revenue. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, pricing, reviews, and how quickly you contact your leads. Examples and testimonials on our website describe individual experiences and are not a promise of results.
The content on this website, including text, design, and graphics, belongs to Truss Marketing. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission. Please do not misuse the website or try to interfere with how it works.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Truss Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Truss Marketing in the three months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Yellowstone County, Montana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
